This shot from just before the exit ramp to 9th Street offers quite possibly the best view of the downtown Louisville skyline.

Nice flyover shot. Get off the 9th Street exit and you pass under the 9th Street exit ramp from westbound I-64.

The intersection of 9th Street (or Roy Wilkins Avenue) with Market Street, looking south. Dual left-turn lanes put you on Market Street eastbound. The straight lane puts you on the right lane of 9th south of Market. You want to stay in the right lane if you want to continue south since the left lane soon becomes left-turn only to Liberty. A couple of ~20-story elderly residence buildings in the background. My grandmother used to live in one of them.
