The overhead electronic variable message signs recently installed as part of the TRIMARC traffic information and management system display the time and ``Drive Smart Kentucky'' slogan when nothing ``interesting'' is going on.

This shot is kind of blurry. Northbound 22nd Street at Northwestern Parkway, towards the access ramp to westbound I-64. I turned left.
