Once you're viewing your calendar, you see a rather beautiful new icon to access the Shared Calendars panel.

The Shared Calendars panel itself. Here, you can choose from a list of users who make their calendars available. You can also choose which users can view, can create entries (and edit their created entries), and have full access to your calendar.
